Terms and Conditions
Full Boat Charters –
A deposit of £50 will be required to confirm the booking date and the balance in full will be payable on the day of the charter. See cancellation terms below. Multi date bookings will require a £50 deposit which will be ‘rolled over’ to each date and deducted from the final date of that year, all trips must be paid in full on the day.
Cancellation, change and our Commitment to You –
The skipper will decide if the weather is suitable to proceed with the trip and reserves the right to change the type of trip at short notice ie – if an offshore trip is planned but the weather forecast prevents this but it is suitable to fish inshore then the trip will go ahead and the cost altered to reflect this and if the trip is planned as an inshore one and you on the day wish to go further afield (weather permitting) we will alter the times and prices to reflect the change.
Cancellation and Your Commitment to us –
If you cannot make the date you have booked we will always try and re book that date with another party but should you give us less than 28 days notice and we cannot re book that date you will forfeit your deposit and be expected to pay a balance of 75% of the full charter price.
Claim and Liability-
No claim can be accepted against the skipper for cancellation due to illness, breakdown, and damage to the boat or events beyond the skipper’s control.
